How the price works
- Minimum R299 a month per business.
- Volume discount on your Shield total: 10–24 computers and servers, 10% off; 25–49 computers and servers, 15% off; 50 or more computers and servers, 20% off.
- Pay a year upfront and you pay for 11 months, not 12.
- Onboarding is R150 a device, and free when you sign for 12 months.
What the agent can and cannot do
It only reads security settings. It cannot be sent commands, cannot change anything on your machine, and never opens your documents, email or browsing history. It reports to us over an encrypted connection and accepts nothing back.
Works on Windows 10 and 11, and on Linux and Windows servers. Mac is not supported yet.
About your score: This measures the security settings the Delgroce agent could check on this device. It is not a guarantee against attack, and it does not cover what the agent cannot see — phishing, weak or reused passwords, or other devices on your network.

Shield — Essential
For each Windows PC or laptop. We keep your antivirus — Microsoft Defender, already in Windows, or the one you use — switched on and up to date, check the device's security settings every day with our read-only agent, and send a monthly report with plain-language fixes. Business-hours support.
Shield — Business
Everything in Essential, plus Microsoft Defender for Business — behaviour-based threat detection with automatic response, attack-surface-reduction rules and vulnerability alerts — set up and managed by us, licence included. Also includes a yearly evidence pack for your cyber-insurance renewal.
Shield — Server
For each Linux or Windows server. Our read-only agent checks the firewall, remote access and security updates every day; on Linux we install and maintain CrowdSec intrusion prevention and set up automatic security updates. Monthly report and business-hours support.
Shield — Onboarding
Per computer or server: installing the agent, a first full check-up and the first round of fixes.

Four cycles a year — a phishing simulation, a short training session and a results report each quarter — now including a module on AI fraud and deepfakes. Every simulation runs under a signed Authorisation & Scope Letter.

AI Governance — Micro
For teams of up to 10. In month one: an AI usage audit, an AI-use policy, an approved-tools list and a staff briefing. After that: quarterly policy updates, vetting of new AI tools, and a yearly re-audit.
AI Governance — SME
For 11 to 50 staff: everything in Micro, plus a data-classification guide so staff know what may and may not go into an AI tool.
AI Governance — Data-Heavy
For 50+ staff, or practices handling sensitive personal information: everything in SME, plus online workshops for each department.
AI Integration Assurance
Your chatbot, AI feature or AI agent tested every quarter for prompt injection and data leaks, with a hardening report after each round and re-testing once fixes are in. Testing runs only under a signed Authorisation & Scope Letter.
Payment-Fraud & Deepfake Defence
For finance and admin teams: callback and code-word rules for any change to banking details, a quarterly simulated payment-change request to test them, a staff module on spotting deepfake voices and video, and a yearly owner briefing. Simulations run under a signed Authorisation & Scope Letter.

How the two go together
Every call-out includes a booked consultation — the call-out fee covers the travel, the hourly rate covers the time. A call-out is never charged on its own. So a call-out inside either region that runs an hour is R 680.00 — R 180.00 to get there and R 500.00 for the hour.
Gauteng is covered by a consultant working from the Eastgate area, so a call-out there is the same R 180.00 — not inter-city travel. Our registered office is in Polokwane and that is the address on every quotation and invoice; a Gauteng branch is coming, but it is not open yet.
Time is charged to the minute, not rounded up to the next hour. If we book an hour and it runs to 1 hour and 1 minute, you are charged for 61 minutes — R 508.33 — not for two hours. If it runs short, the booked time still applies: the slot was held and the trip was made.
